They were very late, more than two hours, and I had done half of the work by the time they got there. They finished up when they got there and were very nice and well mannered gentlemen. They did work hard and a job that was bid for two hours was completed in about 20 minutes. Their help was worth the rather excessive price I paid simply because I was absolutely spent and they rescued me on short notice. I would indeed hire them again and would make sure they did not have such a time crunch. Again, they were very nice and kind to help me out they way they did else I would have been out there unloading that trailor all night. A good service. I will call them the next time I move.

This review is a few weeks late (apologies) but there is only one word to define the quality of this move: OUTSTANDING!!! No mover before or since matches them in the organization of the move, fast wraps of fine furniture, and speed tp accomplish it all ... ALL with pleasant conversation and smiles! How lucky we were to have found them! Everything shipped CVG-TPA in our Penske truck without a scratch. Who would have thought wrappng in furniture pads then shrink-wrapping to protect .... CLEVER!!!

I liked working with these movers very much. They were early and worked very quickly to get the items we had to move off the truck and into our apartment. They made quick work of moving our items and had the tools necessary so we did not have to remove drawers from the dressers. The movers were very professional and extremely good at handling the delicate items. The only thing I did not like was the courtesy phone call prior to the job. It was confusing when I spoke with the person about the fees and the job rate. I think its because they are new to the hireahelper service.
I would recommend both this mover and this service.
