I hired these movers to pick up my items from a nearby transportation depot and drive them a short way to my new home, then unload them. They were overall careful with my things, and there was minimal damage/scuff marks in my new home after they moved everything in. I feel like a few scrapes and scuff marks are to be expected so that doesn't bother me. They didn't move very quickly, so I ended up paying almost double my original quote because of the extra time. I understand that these companies don't have any incentive to finish the move quickly, so it is what it is.
Also, it was long carry since we parked at the garage door, plus stairs to the third floor, Honestly 5 hours of work it was reasonable.
You order 3 hours, but we can not make it in 3 hours.
Also, movers took some pictures for pre existing lite scratches on walls and floors, can you email me your pictures let me take a look.
