I am very thankful for the speedy and reliable work from Josh and Freddy at Rigo's. They showed up on time and worked so quickly, yet carefully! I have to add that they were also so nice! The man that drove the truck I rented later commented to me that he has worked with a lot of movers and that my movers were two of the best. He said it had been a long time since he had seen such quick, professional work done without any issues what so ever. I am thoroughly satisfied and would highly recommend Rigo's for your move!

In terms of niceness, promptness and courtesy, they get 5 stars for sure. They were very polite and responsive. Our stuff hasn't arrived yet out of state so it's hard to say the condition it'll be in when it arrives. I'm a little disappointed with the way they packed our moving container, their guess of space, and the lack of using moving blankets I specifically asked for. I purchased 100 and only maybe 20 were used. I didn't realize that until my husband told me later which upset both of us because we really didn't want our furniture to get scratched. I hope it doesn't. Also, they were terrible at guessing space. When our stuff didn't fit in one container (which I fully admit wasn't their job to guess), they assured me renting another small one would be fine. So I did. Because they said they use them all the time. Except it didn't. And I had to end up getting two. Although we paid them for 8 hours, they were super quick to leave when finished an hour and half early and by the time I realized what was happening, they were gone, we were out that money, and we still had another box arriving we had to fill ourselves. I didn't care for all that. Fingers crossed our stuff arrives in good shape. I kind of wasn't sure they did that great of a job packing it down but let's hope I'm wrong.

Two workers from Rigo's helped me move my one-bedroom apartment into a U-Haul truck. They were great. They came on time (actually 2 hours early, but at my request they came back at the scheduled time) and quickly loaded my stuff. Furniture was well protected with furniture pads (which I had rented) and plastic wrap which they provided. They disassembled a bed, and all the hardware from it was in a baggie taped to my bed. They did an excellent job securing the furniture in the truck with rope. I had no damage. I would hire them again.

A double thumb's-up for Rigo's Moving. The interface with the company online and by phone was smooth and user-friendly. The movers--Freddy and Manuel--were exemplary in every respect: energetic, punctual, courteous, solicitous, affable, careful, and skilled. They were also fast and fit, actually jogging between loads. To cap it off, Rigo's was the most price-competitive of the LA options.

The good very personable young men showed up on time and worked very quickly and competently. They had all the necessary materials and equipment including plastic wrap to secure a large cabinet. Treated all of our stuff very well. I would gladly use them again. Great job!!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
