I want to say the the communication with Busy Bee was very good. Daryl did a great job with what he moved but there were a few issues. The two works did not show up in uniforms as advertised. Furniture was damaged from the PODS and not the works but walls were damaged inside of the house while bringing in the furniture.
The biggest problem I had was the other worker telling my wife while he was alone with her that "I was just released from Jail." I'm not sure why you would tell anyone that but it really made her scared. For this reason alone I have to give the lowest rating.
Regretfully, I will not use this moving service.

They arrived on time, were prepared for the job and completed it in the same amount of time as predicted. 2 men moved our 2 bedroom apartment down an elevator in 3 hours. They were very careful with our furniture and packed it very well in the van without any damage. I would recommend this company.

Arrived on time and in force. I requested 4 helpers, they brought 6! They had our job finished in no time at all, did quality work, and were respectful of us and our needs as well as very outgoing and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who needs some serious muscle to get their job done.

The guys from Busy Bee's were awesome! They arrived about 30 minutes early to avoid traffic. They were friendly and introduced themselves. We did a walk-through so they could strategize how best to load up our POD. They handled our items with care and made sure to use the appropriate padding for our furniture. When it became clear that a few items wouldn't fit in the POD, they gave advice on the best way to transport and which would be the most cost-effective items to ship. They finished well within the time-frame we had requested. We ended up needing a last-minute cleaning service, and Brian recommended one to us (who also did a fabulous job!!). We enjoyed working with Busy Bee's and would recommend them to anyone who needs help packing or moving.
