My two guys called about 30 minutes before arriving to indicate they were on the way and showed up in less than that. Although I'd booked two hours, they had everything I needed done in less than an hour. Very polite, personable, and very careful with moving my furniture. I had hired them to move furniture within my house (not loading or off loading a truck). Kelly, the owner of Midnight Movers, also called twice to verify the job. Conscientious!

They were on time, friendly, and extremely hard working. We had 4 flights of stairs that they had to carry large, heavy furniture and they were careful and made sure to get the job done in our purchased amount of time.

The two guys who came to unload our things from our storage boxes were good workers. I've had movers who worked faster, but these guys were fine. They were scheduled for 1 p.m., but they called around 11 a.m. to see if we wanted to start early. Our things hadn't been delivered yet, so they said I could call them as soon as we were ready. When I did call, they showed up promptly and got to work right away. I took away one star from the overall rating because they did not ask us which room to put certain things in. My husband and I had to move some of our furniture after they left because it was in the wrong room. They also left some items upside down, even though it was pretty clear which end was up. I took away another star because when I called the owner ahead of time to ask if they could bring a drop cloth to protect our hardwood floors, he said they don't bring anything except a dolly. That's not the kind of customer service that I'm looking for when I hire someone to do a job.

Freedom Movers is a great company. They were helpful and very well organized and worked really hard. I would use them again if I were still in the area. They even stayed an extra hour. I have no complaints with this company or the movers, Anthony and Angela.
