They're nice guys and they didn't come back at me with any attitude when I got frustrated, but to answer the questions posed by the feedback format: 1) Were they on time? Yes, for the time they estimated to arrive on the day of (9-9:30), although that time pushe…read mored back slightly from the time we initially discussed (8-9). 2) Were they prepared for the job? Not really applicable -- they didn't bring anything (hand trucks/dollies -- I had a hand truck that they used.) 3) Did they work hard? Here's where I started getting disappointed. One of them was clearly doing less than the other. There was a long carry from my apartment to the truck, but it should mean maybe 5 mins between loads, rather than 10-15 mins between getting loads down to the truck. Also, not to go all Dilbert on them, but I could've used some working harder, not smarter, since they packed the truck with nothing but boxes before putting any furniture in, so there was a lot of wasted space (such as on bookshelves that could've held many boxes to better maximize space). I ended up having to throw away a fair amount of stuff on the day of the move. I'll accept partial blame for this, because the truck was marginally too small, but there would've been a lot less that I'd have to get rid of if there had been smarter loading of the items. All this and they went more than 2 hours beyond their estimate of 2 hours for the job. 4) Were they respectful of your property and goods? The actual stuff that was loaded seems to have been treated with care, although I haven't arrived at my destination and unloaded to see the final results. 5) Would you use them again? I'm afraid not. I went for a lower price estimate, and feel like I ignored the timeless lesson of "you get what you pay for." Show Response

Very friendly guy, very courteous. I'll be using GreenMarineMovers again.
