My service with 317Movers was absolutely disappointing and I would encourage people looking for services to search elsewhere.
They sent 2 crew members who did not know why they were there. I requested packers. They said they were there to MOVE me. For the next full hour, I spent an hour going back and forth with the movers and hire a helper to get it confirmed that they were only there to pack!!! (1 hr of the 4 hrs I paid for was wasted)
The purpose of a packing service is to have people handle packing your belongings so you don’t have to stop and dedicate time to it yourself. It is ridiculous that I needed to personally give step by step instructions to packing my apartment, having to deal with language barriers, and people who simply did not know what they were doing. I may as well have done the packing myself. I reached out to the company to see if they would offer some type of discount - it could have been anything, and they refused. So in essence I paid $592 to TEACH a crew how to pack. My money was exploited and wasted by this service and I will never be spending my money with this group again. This is a complaint about the owner for offering a service that his crew was not able to perform and not being willing to offer take accountability or even offer an apology for the huge inconvenience. I DO NOT recommend.

Very, very happy with 317movers! They arrived on time, were incredibly courteous, took time to set up a system for us to let them know where to place the items as they offloaded the truck and were very careful with all of our things! And they were so efficient ... in and out in no time. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Highly recommend them!!!

The two guys that unloaded our two 16 foot containers were exceptional! They were on time (actually 15 min early), respectful, and friendly. They worked hard, quick, and did not scratch up my walls moving the furniture inside. I was surprised that they were able to unload both containers in 2 hours. I was not disappointed and would highly recommend them.
