Relocation with Cozi Movers & Services LLC
We provide moving labor services of loads and unloads, packing and unpacking, in the Phoenix and surrounding area. We know that moving could be a hassle, so we specialize in great customer services and we demand all of our movers treat our customers polite and with respect. We have 2 men up to 4 men crews to assist you in in what we like to call happy moves so that your moving experience is a great one.

Only 3 people showed up after paying for 4. The truck was not loaded correctly. Had to spend 1/2 day to reload myself to where I could load more items

They did a good job unloading my stuff. They were almost done then they put the bite on me for 300 dollars extra. I paid 700 for the whole job because they said I had heavy items. I paid 400 to have everything loaded. I do have some heavy items and I was upfront and told Hire a Helper that. I do feel someone owes me 300 dollars.

They were on time, very nice couple.
I feel I did not get my 2 hrs moneys worth, to unload 1 bed apt. They did unload truck in the 2 hrs. It is a tri level as living room above garage. But bed and a dresser only thing taken to 3rd level, everything else left in living room.
I've hired movers several times and they were great taking assigned boxes to where they belonged. They took a 10 min break, I didn't get 10 mins extra because of that break. I was very disappointed.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
within 24 to 48 we will contact you for information also any addition of heavy items that may need special equipment. We will then proceed to schedule the best time available for the day requested.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We give our customers 2 hour time windows to assure them of a total day not wasted, so they have time to plan their day before or after their move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be packed and will take care of the rest.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smile on a customers face when the move goes great and the pressure from the move is released.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our movers have previous training in 4 wheel and 2 wheel dollies. They also have training in how to properly lift heavy items and are able to trouble shoot a item to lift and or pack on a truck to safely be delivered. they understand that a clean working space is a safe working space and will be meticulous with you move.
