The job got done. The problems included bringing only one handcart, no furniture dollies, and no tools for re-assembly of furniture. They insisted on continuing to bring in small items from the POD rather than moving in the pieces of furniture and carpet which resulted in having to move things multiple times to then get the large pieces of furniture in place. This resulted in additional time - 1.5 hours over the 3 hour reservation, perhaps not all of this due to inefficiency but certainly some. I wouldn't use them again. They did show up in the window of arrival.
