they worked very hard, were on time, and respected property. Only issue - they should have had more than 1 hand truck.

The two men were more than capable and able to pack my boxes, baby crib, 3 suitcases, as well as a vacuum cleaner, and still had some space left in the 7x7 container! I would highly recommend them. Oh, did I mention that they packed it in less than an hour!

First of all, they were late. They did call to let me know, but did not speak as professionally as they should have. They worked hard and fast, but damaged a door trim and broke a folding door. They tried to cover up the damage to the folding door, then lied and said they would come back and fix the door trim the next day; which they did not do. They smoked on our premises without asking permission and packed our freezer before all the food was removed without informing us (our furniture was in storage for 2 months so you can imagine what the inside of our freezer looked like once we opened it). They completed the job in less time than we paid for and our possessions arrived in tact but unfortunately, we would not hire them again.
