Horrible. Completely unprofessional. Placed furniture on the floor and then slid it into position, not bothering to use any sort of protection. They were so unpleasant I started unpacking the pod just to get it over with. I had to constantly repeat myself and even then, they ignored me. Boxes clearly labelled were placed in wrong locations. They scratched up my desk when disassembling it. And lastly they stole a couple of items--nothing of great value-- but I feel violated. These are not trust worthy people. FYI--take pictures of absolutely everything because when you submit a claim they will ask for receipts, pictures, and police reports. Paid $822 for 4 hours to move three blocks away with a pod that was already 2/3 filled prior to arrival. If you are looking for movers who take pride in their work, show any sort of initiative, or don't need to be watched like hawks, this is not the company for you. The only good thing was they arrived on time.

Did not show up and blew off calls. Three hours later attempted to reach out to see if I still wanted movers to come. I said no. Movers show up nearly five hours later. They are overworked. Boss of the company doubles/triple books to get more money. Very arrogant, never even apologized or offered discount for inconvenience. My children and I had to sleep on the floor that night after a 13 hour drive from out of state. There are much better movers out there.

William and Doug were friendly, professional and were pleasant to work with. They worked hard and had to handle some extremely heavy loads. Kudos to them! I would use them again

They were both excellent workers, called to inform of their arrival time. They were on time and very welcoming. The job started on time and ended on time. They were very careful with all of my furniture, including some boxes that held some of my keepsakes. I would recommend this company and these two movers. This is the second time I’ve used them, and once again, they were great.
Very professional, very efficient.
Let me tell you about the day. It was freezing. Didn’t slow them down. It was pouring down rain. They let me know of the risks of tracking mud in the house and we figured out a way to keep mud off the new carpets (moving boxes unfolded on the floor. Great idea!). Moving two whole storage units and making two trips is no easy task, but they nailed it. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

These guys were OK but I found when they were getting to the end of the job, that they were not packing things as safely as they could. I had to repack a few of the boxes because they put glass next to a large breakable beer mug. They also filled a box too full and the box wouldn't close. I told them that it need to be repacked and their reply was that if it was marked fragile, that the movers would put it on top. Well, in a perfect world "maybe" but movers are dealing with lots of boxes marked fragile and there is only so much "top" room. If I used them again, I feel as though I would have to stand over them and who really has time to do that?
