I hired for 2 men and a truck to help me move from my apartment in to my home. Martin and Jordan came on time, but there was some misunderstanding about the truck. They arrived on time however they did not bring any lifting tools to help them. I specifically told them ahead of time they would be moving furniture only but I don't think they were prepared.
