I booked 4 men for 3 hours to unload aprox 12,000 lbs from moving trailer. The customer called repeatedly with complaints. Crew was incompetent and taking too long. They left after 6 hours and the job still wasn't complete. I had to book another moving service the next day to complete the job. Customer later called and said crew told him the were hired from Labor Ready to unload trailer. Not the experienced movers I thought I was hiring.

A few months earlier, I had a great experience with this same company in helping us disassemble furniture and move it to pods. That first crew was so good, we asked Henry to provide the same crew, we requested this both on the order and by phone, we thought it would be helpful in reassembling some of the desks if the same people that took it apart put it back together. Unfortunately, we did not get the same crew, and this crew did not do nearly as good a job. I asked that they make sure they put the desk as close to a back wall and side wall as possible. They spent hours assembling the desk and it was a foot away from each wall. When they went to move the 3 piece massive desk unit, the joints between the 3 pieces all ended up spread out and not looking good. They were in a rush to get to the next job. Although I was happy with the rest of their moving, that desk unit leaves a bad taste in my mouth with this company.

Terrific work. Movers adjusted their arrival time to meet our needs. Showed up on time and works intensely. They very carefully carried heavy items down two sets of stairs. Mid-way through the job, we were sure we wouldn't be able to fit everything in --but they managed to pack everything gently, but snugly into our pod. Probably saved us $1000 in extra shipping. Very talented and well-worth every penny. The Hire-a-Helper system was easy to use.

Will and AJ showed up and created order out of chaos! Got everything loaded in 2hours even with my 74 year old father trying to 'help'. They were fast and courteous at all times.

The crew did not have necessary harnesses to move heavy object like my upright piano which may now have partially broken leg. The glass curios were not properly protected with blankets because there were no belts to keep the blankets in place. I felt sorry for the young guys because this was clearly to hard job for them since they had to negotiate up-hill driveway.

The two workers assigned to us showed up early and stayed until the job was done. Although we anticipated a three-hour venture, it was more realistic that this was a five-hour job. The two workers were extremely careful, took great care to stack our possessions in an orderly manner to capitalize on the space, and worked non-stop throughout. They were polite and skilled. I would hire them again without reservation.
