They were late in getting to the apartment but they promptly sent another team. The team that was sent were the owners and the 2 of them were very professional and unloaded my truck very quickly. I was extremely pleased with Boss Moving and would use them again.

Although the helper was prompt in his arrival, I had an overall disappointing experience.
Boss Moving NEVER mentioned that I only had a 2 hour limit and would be charged extra in one hour increments, if I go over the 2 hours. Be careful to keep track of time because the helper will not mention a time limit either. Not only was I told AFTER incurring the extra cost, I was told that they wanted cash. When I said I did not have cash, the alternative was to get a money order. The helper also scratched my furniture.
Despite the bad experience with Boss Moving, HireAHelper.com took care of the extra charge issue as soon as I called. Unfortunately, my furniture is still scratched.
