What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When you book with College Hunks Moving you can expect constant communication and a stress-free experience throughout.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you can expect a 30 minute call before we arrive and we will ask you if you need any additional packing or moving material.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
For a Full Service local moves we recommend you have all your boxes be packed and ready on the day of your move. We will have to make sure that all your items are packed and boxed up before putting it in out truck which might increase your estimated time and it will increase the cost. For load ups make sure you provide your movers with moving blanket and straps to protect and secure your items. We do have these items for purchase if you should need them.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed over 2,000 local moves and we have helped load or unload over 1,200 clients into/out of their move truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide 2 days of in depth training to become and mover. This training teaches our HUNKS the proper safety techniques, lifting techniques and how to properly protect and move our clients household furniture. We have over 20+ years of combined moving experience and we do not hire temp workers.
