Polite but caused a lot of damage to my furniture, as well as hall walls. Multiple items were dropped and broken. They also used both elevators without my knowledge and inconvenienced other residents. I would not use them again.

The guys were great they did a good job. I would recommend them personally, but I would definitely not recommend going through hire a helper! 4 months earlier when I used a similar Local Company it was only half the price for them to unload the truck and carry it up two flights of stairs. Could not understand why the price doubled to take the stuff downstairs and just put it in a garage they didn't even have to pack a truck!

Used this company previously and they were great! This time I was a little disappointed. They called the day of our booking and tried to move the time up 8 hours. They then got upset when we stated we needed to stick to the 5pm time slot that we had reserved saying they didn't want to work that late. Ended up having to rebook for another day. During the actual move, they were very friendly and efficient.

No-show. When I tried to contact the company multiple times, they did not answer my calls; however, they would speak with Hireahelper representatives. I found this incredibly disrespectful; they should have answered my calls and explained the reason for their delay/no-show. I was coming in from a different state and needed my truck unloaded that day, so this caused a great amount of concern on my end.

They were very nice. They called to inform me that they wee finishing an earlier move and would call when they were on their way. They worked quickly, but carefully. They moved a lot in the little time I had them scheduled. And I want the same team when I move in to the new house.

Our crew was on time, prepared to work and worked hard. They impressed me with their ingenuity in moving large pieces of furniture through tight spaces, their teamwork and communication with each other and their obvious regard for our property, time and the fact that we were stressed. They showed great skill in packing a truck. I greatly underestimated what I would need in the way of truck time and labor, so I appreciated how flexible these two were in staying until the job was done. I would gladly recommend them to anyone and hope they are available a year from now when we move to a new home.
