Very professional, friendly and efficient. They showed up on schedule, worked very hard for the allotted time and accomplished way more than I thought they could. I highly recommend using Alliance movers and will be using them for any future moves.

I could not be happier about the service provided by Alliance Movers. Amin and crew were on time and thorough. The job was scheduled at the last minute because friends that were expected to help were unable. There was no hesitation from Alliance to arrive and complete the move. They didn't stop working until the job was done. The service was excellent. All of my items were quickly and safely moved and loaded from the fourth floor into the trailer. Amin provided recommendations to better protect my furnishings and valuables for transportation and everything was received 1000 miles away without scratch or any sign of damage.

Wow!!! Its great to hear that nothing was damaged or got wet even though we loaded all your furniture into your step-dad's horse trailer ( which had wide gaps which lets in rain water ) I'm happy it didn't rain otherwise your furniture would have gotten wet.

The guys were on time, ready and eager to help. They had engaging personalities to make the time enjoyable, and they courteous to me and careful with my stuff. Amin, the manager of the outfit was equally helpful from his office. All in all a very positive experience. Highly recommend.

showed up on time or a little early. offered professional advice on packing items and the truck. did exactly what I asked them to. They did not hesitate to move any items we had, They took care not to damage any of our property. I would definitley recommend the to anyone in the area and will request them again in the future.

Wouldn't recommend Alliance Movers to my worst enemy.

10 minutes before arrival, they called to ask where to park and told me that they'd leave if they couldn't find street parking. They were able to find parking, but got a ticket, and informed us that'd we'd be responsible for paying the ticket.

Slow. Unprofessional. Careless with our items. Took frequent breaks. Demanded cash for extra time ($85 for an extra 12 minutes. Never mind the fact that there were easily 12 minutes of the 2 hours where they were standing around doing nothing). One mover:

1) Did not speak sufficient English to take instructions (my fiancee had to speak Spanish to him);

2) Complained about the scope of the move the entire time:

3) Helped himself to water from our fridge without asking;

4) Defecated in our bahroom and left a stain on the toilet.

Oh, and at the end of the move, they demanded I release payment while they stood there and watched.

Terrible.

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your move. However, there was a long distance walk (100yards) from your apt to the truck and the elevator was tiny. Yet we still worked without taking any breaks. You were charged for half hour that went over ($35) + ($50) for the parking violation which you informed them that it was ok to park there. This customer also received a parking violation for their truck, plus his wife hit a post office truck which caused more delays.
