The team from I&O, Gordon Manny and Clint, did an AMAZING job!!! They were early and called ahead to confirm that was ok. They were extremely prepared, nice, helpful and professional! I was really impressed with what they were able to get into one pod! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone moving and needing help packing!! We had an amazing experience with I&O Moving. Firstly, they fit us in last-minute after our previous moving company fell through. Secondly, Gordon (I hope I'm typing that right) and his associate were very professional. Thirdly, we were amazed by Gordon's spatial reasoning as he packed all of our things and we cannot recommend him enough. He is kind, a hard worker, flexible, and understanding. He confirmed multiple times with us personally before the move, which in light of our previous company was needed, and he came prepared with everything we requested. Hire this company (we would again). Get Gordon (we would again). Be pleased and at ease with your move (we would be, again)!

Gordon, the crew chief, called before the move, and I instantly felt relieved. He was positive and courteous and said 'not to worry.' They surveyed the apartment and took my suggestions. I got out of the way, and they went to work.
I bet one mover that he could not take the 80" bookcase out without removing the apartment door (that's how I got it in). He said with confidence he could do it. He and the others got it out on the first attempt. Needless to say, he got the biggest tip!
I asked for three workers for three hours. They moved my stuff from one floor to another apartment above using the elevator. They finished in 2 1/2 hours. They disassembled and reassembled my bed and dining table with ease. They even moved my oversized executive desk without a nick.
I got lucky with "Hire A Helper." You will too.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
