They were an hour late. Unfortunately I did not babysit them while they did a job they were supposed to be qualified to do. When the U-Haul was unloaded by a different moving company we discovered that Man of Steel stacked my VERY expensive furniture unwrapped right on top of the other furniture. EVERYTHING was either severely scratched or broken. The boxes were poorly stacked and were crushed. The plastic bins were even crushed. These guys have no clue on packing a moving truck. They only care about getting it done as quick as possible without any concern about your furniture and valuables. Please don't let these guys touch anything that you care about, it will be destroyed.
