They were quick and loaded truck correctly. Only issue I have is unfortunately some furniture ( coffee table, dresser, dark tv stand was scraped and damaged due to dragging Furniture on truck floor even though I had furniture pads. I had to tell one of the guys to put pads on floor because furniture was going to get scratch. Well it did. My dresser was damaged from underneath good thing you can see it when they used four wheel furniture dolly to move around. Didn’t really notice right away since I drove from Dallas to Phoenix so once we unloaded took us about a week to put furniture in house. ( placed in garage )
If they would have been more careful with these things it would have been perfect.

Jose and his team showed up early and were ready and prepared with equipment to help me with the move. It was 101° outside unfortunately but they worked hard, never complained. As a single woman, they were very nice and respectful. Even though we encounter an elevator issue at my next apartment, they had a great attitude about the longer route to another elevator to get to my apartment. They worked hard and are family men, I would highly recommend them ???

I didn't get confirmation from them of my move until they called to say they were delayed because of a flat tire. Don't mind that they were delayed but expected a call or text confirming The only confirmation I got was through hire-a-helper.
They tipped one of my pieces of furniture with drawers upside down without checking that there was stuff in there, and it dropped out.
They dropped part of my desk off of the dolly and it hit my window sill in the apartment I was moving out of.
The back of my TV stand was damaged, backing pushed through the nails that held it their.
Overall, they did not exhibit much care with moving my furniture. This was a simple move between two buildings in the same complex. I had to monitor all pieces being moved to ensure they paid attention to what they were doing. Would not recommend.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
