I set up a last minute unload with Pearls Moving. They kept me updated throughout the day regarding arrival time. The team of Brandon and Brandon were quick, careful, and efficient. They completed my unload in about 45 minutes. They were also super polite. Nothing was damaged or broken. All around great experience and I would definitely recommend them. I will most likely be using them on my next move, which hopefully won't be for a while!!!

I have moved several times in my life and always used helpers to properly load my furniture. Pearls moving is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. The helpers did NOT follow instruction, damaged 2 head boards, washer, and dryer. Thier loading skills are horrible. The placed my couched on end without a blanket below them. My dressers was stacked upside down for some insain reason. They told me I would need another truck wich I purchased and they said everything would fit but they did not get all of my stuff in 2 trucks so I had to leave items behind. The only reason it did not fit is because of the way they threw my stuff into the trailer. All they wanted to do was throw my stuff in a truck and leave. They smashed my dryer into the wall removing from my house and he had the audacity to say it was not his fault and then get confritational with me. Horrible company!!! DO NOT USE!!!! Hughes moving unloaded my trucks in Orlando and they were excellent!! They actually said they had never seen a truck loaded this poorly.. SHAME ON PEARLS!!!! You need to fire the crew that moved my house because they obviously do NOT CARE about anything other than getting paid.
