We have been working in the Dallas/Fort worth area for over 2 years. PNP Professionals llc is a small, family owned moving labor company. PNP has over 17 year’s experience with moving and packing. Whether you have a large load or a small move. PNP specializes in fragile and heavy loads in both residential and commercial moves. We are well-trained, professional, honest and experienced. All moves are tailored to the need of each customer. We can provide a crew of 2-5 for a minimum of 2 hours up to 10 hours. PNP’s #1 priority is to make your move smooth and stress free. In addition to moves, we pack, unpack and we can also offer moving supplies at an additional price and provide "labor only" services. "Labor Only" is moving items around in your home or loading and unloading portable storage units, ABFs, and pods. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Both movers were extremely helpful and nice. They worked really hard and made sure that they were extremely careful with everything. They thought ahead on what would be best to unload first and I was very happy with how quickly they did it!

The movers never showed up. Did not communicate with me. They changed my move time without my permission or even notifying me. They were to show between 9-10. When I called they said they changed it to 11. I didn't hear from then again until 12:40 telling me they would arrive after 1... 4 hours after being scheduled. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE. NEVER SHOWED. DO NOT USE THEM.

The guys that showed up did a good job. After calling me to confirm my availability they showed up ahead of the originally scheduled time. We did a quick walk-through to get an idea of the scope of the stuff that needed to get loaded into the POD we were renting and what was going to stay behind.
Throughout the loading process the guys were flexible and accommodating when asked to focus on a specific room or load a particular item. Towards the very end when the POD was almost full, they left a few more gaps and empty space than I would have liked, but I was able to fill the gaps after they left by pulling out a mattress or two and shoving clothes and small items into the voids. Getting the mattresses back in was a pain, but not nearly as difficult as loading the whole POD! After the POD arrived at its final destination over 1800 miles away, nothing was broken!! Had I not wrapped items in moving blankets and shrink wrap there would have been a lot of scuff marks, but as it is, everything arrived intact.

I had pre-paid 2 move helpers for two (2) hours. They were scheduled to start between 1 & 2 pm. They showed up at 4:00 pm. Since they did not show when they were supposed to, my son & I started unloading my POD container. Once they started, they worked hard & quickly, however since my son & I had already started, the two helpers were done by 5:05. However, since there is a two-hour minimum, I'm charged as if they worked as scheduled. I feel short-changed!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from a PNP associate to confirm the details of your request and get you added to our calendar. The evening before your move, you will receive a follow up call to ensure no changes are needed.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew including the number of professional members requested will arrive promptly to make your move as easy and stress free as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We provide packing services for an additional fee, however to save valuable time and money, having all packable items boxed up as well as furniture clear to be disassembled is the best preparation.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have completed nearly 1,000 local moves in just under 3 years. From every type of apartment and condo to million dollar homes, from small offices to full size warehouses. If you need it moved we move it!

What training do you provide your crew members?
When we add a new crew member we will (with confirmed customer consent) take them on a minimum of 3 jobs free of charge to our customer for training
