I just moved across the country from Atlanta to Dallas and needed help unpacking my moving truck when I arrived. Chris and Quan were fantastic. They arrived early, were personable and professional and even had tools on hand to help me install my washer. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future.

The two young men who came to pack my things up were excellent. I had requested three, the third didn't make it. The guys did offer to go pick him up but. since they were an hour late and it would've taken at least a half hour, maybe longer, to go get him, I said no. I was not happy that I was still charged for the third person, I thought that it should've been a little more organized. As it worked out he wasn't needed. The two guys worked hard, & had everything packed up in the allotted time,
I was however surprised with the way they packed. They did all of the small stuff first, then went back and got the big stuff. In all my moves, doing it myself, I have always packed the big stuff first then used the small stuff to fill in the gaps. I have found it to be a better use of space. Less shifting and more stability.
When I moved down here, I had two pods and they were filled to the brim. I have added a few things in 4 years so I knew I''d need another half pod. The way the pods were packed, all three we're were full to the point that when you opened the doors things fell out. In one pod, it was an antique mirror, another pod had a piece of my loom falling out. Had this not been repacked and had that piece been damaged, my loom would have been useless. Looms start at about $5,000.
When they were done, two of the tree pods did not close well enough to be locked.The young men explained that when the pods were lifted onto the truck, they would shift enough that we would be able to lock them. My sister and I opened them up, thinking maybe we could rearrange a few things and get the doors to close properly allowing us to lock the doors. We ended up repacking both pods completely . That took us about four hours for both pods. By then it was past 1 A.M. We just didn't have the energy to do the third pod, though I wish we had because the third pod had all of the fragile things in it.
In all the times I've moved,I have always packed the same way and have never broken as much as a coffee cup, this time, I'm just hoping that the same thing is true.

These units were not PODS, they were 5'x8' wooden boxes that when laid on an uneven surface become off-level thus causing the door not to fit in its frame. Every single one of our movers has at least 1 year of experience and six months of training working directly with a load supervisor, please do not doubt their ability to properly load a vehicle. Our men will utilize the safest method of loading and cannot commit to loading big items first on every move. We regret not meeting your expectations

The workers did arrive on time. The company itself was excellent in that I had scheduled the wrong day and they accomodated me by changing the day and squeezing me in at the very last minute. very satisfied with this aspect. The workers themselves were good. They were respectful of my property. The only reason I did not give one star higher was one of the workers agreed to come back the next day and help me with some odd jobs for extra money. He did not return as promised and did nto return my call to him. This left me in a bit if a bind. Other than that highly recommend this company.

The two men that Superior sent out to help me ( Chris and Quan) were great, they were on time and came in ready to work. what I like most about these two they took care not to damage out wall and were very carful with our belongings. We have a great deal of heavy items and they did a great job I will definlty use them again. thanks Chris and Quan

They were very polite and timely! They worked very quickly but struggled with the more weighty pieces of furniture, banged into walls, and when asked to place the boxes Into ther respective rooms, they did not. Overall, for the price, they were excellent, as they finished unloading in under two hours!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our helpers. According to their advertisement they were supposed to bring wraps, dollys, and other supplies but had nothing in their possessions upon their arrival. In addition we had several pieces of furniture scratched, and even our china cabinet was broken during the move. We have tried contacting the owner for a resolution multiple times but so far have not received a return call. We are contemplating legal action, due to value of the items damaged, and no contact whatsoever from the company. Very disappointed and would encourage anyone to think twice before paying for these services.

Mover's response:
A furniture dolly and a utility dolly were brought to this job-site. Plastic wrap and packing supplies can be provided by us for a fee. This has to be brought up when our agents call you to schedule a start time. At that time, payment for said items will be taken. Note: It is the customers responsibility to verbally request packing supplies while on the phone with our agents. We apologize for the confusion and hope that this will help future customers seeking our services. Thank you.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
