Had a great experience with these guys. They showed up a little early and got going quickly. No wasted time. There were a few challenges with mt location but thr overcome them with professionalism and a smile. We had to park the truck abort 100 yards from the elevator.
They even stuck around to make sure the larger/ heavier furniture ended up where were needed it.

I read many reviews of different companies before I selected Mach 1. They exceeded expectations. They were on time and well equipped. No scratches, dents or bumps. They finished ahead of the planned time.

planned arrival time 12-1pm. the first guy showed up promptly at noon, the 2nd guy called 12:30pm saying he was still on a job and was going to cancel. I didn't like that answer and handed phone to first guy who called his supervisor who showed up an hour later. They did an excellent job of packing the truck for a 500 mile trip. I thought they took a longer time than normal as the supervisor seemed to be mentoring the first guy as they were always together, vs my past experience of one carries and the other packs the truck. It was a 500 sqft 1bdrm apt and it took 4.5-5 hours to load the truck. I have used Mach 1 3 times and generally like them and would recommend them again.

Worked very slowly despite us having almost everything prepped in advanced. Even took all but 6 boxes down to the garage for them. Got a call from the boss asking if we wanted another hour of work which I happily agreed to because they were no where near done, they continued to work after the one hour was up which I assumed they would just stop which they did not and then got billed for the additional two hours. Even though only one extra hour was verbally agreed upon. Ended up costing double what we were quoted.
