My guys were excellent- well mannered, strong and adept with all of our furniture- we couldn’t have done all of our shuffling of furniture for our renovation without their assistance. Gordon, Buffy and team were hands down the most professionally managed crew. We have worked with and we move children and friends at least once per year and have for over 12 years. Experienced movers that asked questions, when needed and were friendly and efficient. Their consistently high ratings are well deserved. We had a lot of furniture, mirrors, rugs and paintings and all was handled and the truck loaded so very well to protect our belongings as we travel to the next state destination. Thank you I&O truly appreciate your service and how unbelievably quickly you were able to get everything loaded allowing us to get on the road earlier than planned!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
complete professionalism from beginning to end spectacular customer service, polite, and courteous movers that are always on time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
nothing but the best all movers have years of experience and aim to please. we start all moves with a phone call prior to your move, giving you an eta and the names of the movers that have been assigned to your job. you will then be advised when they arrive, and your time will not start until they start moving things. you will also be contacted periodically throughout the job to make sure our level of satisfaction expectations are being met.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure you know what items will be moved on moving date so movers can effectively plan the loading of your truck. other than that relax and let the professionals make your move smooth.
What types of moves have you handled?
you name it we have done it small moves, large moves, state to state, local, office, junk runs, we do it all you can count on us for all your moving needs
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about moving aside from the amazing relationships we build with our customers is when we are at the end of the load and the customer comes out to see how much we packed, and how neatly all of there belongings fit into the truck.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained on proper lifting, and loading techniques, and proper customer service interaction, also packing methods, team lifting, and furniture wrapping
