The helpers were on time, very courteous and professional. The way in which they loaded the totally impressed me. These two guys were on the move from the Tim they arrived till the end when they were finished. This was t the first time using them and I will use them for any moving job. VERY IMPRESSED.????????

They showed up in the time frame scheduled and WORKED. The two man crew of Eric and Sid busted their tales and did a really good job packing the truck.....nothing damaged in transit at all. I will seek them out again one day.

I wouldn't use this company again. I would go with a bigger company that has more uniformed policies. The movers overall was ok.

Jeremy and Ferrari did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and went right to work. They loaded up the pods like true professionals. Our load went so smoothly that it was the first time my husband and I haven’t argued when moving (and we have moved a lot). I really hope we get as good of a crew when we unload (we are moving across country).

Heavy Duty Movers arrived 30 minutes early, which would be good in most cases, but due to their early arrival, I had to continue to pack up a few remaining things while they were loading the moving truck. I couldn’t monitor how they were handling my things. There were two big issues I had with Heavy Duty Movers. First, they scuffed up my $700 leather sofa. It was brand new and they should have been more careful. Unfortunately, the sofa is permanently damaged. The second issue involved loading my TV stand on top of the leather sofa. This was not a good idea. The bottom shelf of the TV stand shattered and I had to spend quite a bit of time vacuuming glass out of the bottom of my damaged sofa. I’m very disappointed. I probably would not use Heavy Duty Movers again. If you hire them, I’d make sure that there’s someone that can monitor how they handle your property at all times. My move was small and only took about 45 minutes (1 bedroom apartment). Considering I paid them for two hours, I would have expected better. Disappointed.

The movers were great, had a late start because address to CubeSmart was written down wrong, but once we got started the job got done, they were very professional, helped me with swapping washing machines and hooked it up for me. Appreciated their hard work & dedication,would hire them again.
