The guys were mostly nice. One was quite nice, seemed new and had progress to make, but likable, friendly, seemed to really be trying. The more “ experienced” member of the crew actually seemed to be the bigger problem. I hate the leave a bad review, but the overall vibe was that of a couple of guys we picked up off the street and asked to help us unload in exchange for pizza and beer. They did not seem like professional movers at all. They brought one dolly with them, it was the only equipment they had, they said they’d been hit, I guess that day, and weren’t allowed to take any of their equipment from the vehicle after? So send another, prepared crew. Our service was supposed to include assembly and moving with their equipment. If we hadn’t had our own dolly I don’t know if the job would’ve been done. They dropped our deep freeze over, on its side (big no no for the equipment.). He indicated the trailer detached and it fell, but it was one of only 3 appliances we had in our move, and packed at the back of the trailer, so why was he trying to get it out on his own anyway? They banged up several pieces of our furniture, tried to claim that our chest of drawers was over 300 lbs (it’s a nice piece of furniture, but nothing huge and only had a few misc pieces of clothing that hadn’t already been packed in it — it was nowhere near that heavy). My husband had to show them how to move it, after they tried to claim it was unmovable. While he was situating it the more experienced member of the crew sat there arguing with him, challenging him, telling him it couldn’t be done, until he showed them how to orient it and use a better dolly (ours) and it moved fine at that point. It’s also important to note that the loading crew had the same weight limitations and had no issue. They ripped the top off our island (it’s on wheels, why was he trying to lift it by the top), seemed not to notice if a box was labeled fragile, banged up our bookshelf, tore up the corner of our wall. Ultimately I feel they did not seem like experienced movers, they did not seem professional. They tried, sort of, ( especially the new guy, I feel like he gave it his all) it was nice to have some help, but our stuff got beat up , and after the morning crew was so great it was especially apparent that these guys just didn’t know what they were doing. The new guy was the more pleasant and quietly hardworking of the two. He looked absolutely beat by the end of the move, but I imagine it’d been a long day for them at that point. Based on this experience I would not hire them again. Do not recommend.

The movers were amazing, they were helpful and went above and beyond to get my items unloaded off the Pod. They were very professional and I highly recommend their services and will use in the future if necessary.

While they were on time, they didn’t meet my expectations. I had a trailer to unload. It was mostly boxes other than a washer/dryer and bedroom suite. They couldn’t even get it done in 2hrs. It didn’t take my son but 3hrs to load it by himself and that was taking the time to arrange everything. No I will not recommend them nor use them again.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a Mover is being able to satisfy the Customers and play Tetris with all of their items. Our motto is if it can't move, it can't break.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide a 2-week paid training Monday - Friday. Training class is a hour and a half long.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
