A customer can expect an intake call within 24 hours of booking the move. That gives us a chance to gather information and for the customer to ask questions.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer can prepare for moving day by being completely packed and ready to go. Make sure all pathways are clear of any debris; rocks, snow, toys, etc.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle local, long distance and international moves. We also offer short and long term storage.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No two customers are the same. No two jobs are the same. Each day we get to assist our customers in managing on of the most stressful things that we do...move/relocate. When the move is complete and the customer is happy, the feeling of satisfaction is the thing that keeps us doing this.
What training do you provide your crew members?
A dozen hours of pack and stack training, a lesson on safety and then a skills test before going out on to a truck.
