They were 10 minutes late. They were up for the job to get it all done under 2 hours. They were very respectful to my property. They did break one of my dressers as they were carrying it down to the truck. They showed a lot of remorse and encouraged me to report it in which I appreciate their honesty on their part.
I would use them again if they can do it under 2 hours again. They were quick. ;o)
