Hired 2 helpers for 3 hours. They had an arrival window between 2 & 3 p.m. They arrived at the end of the arrival window. They were able to get all large and heavy items moved from the old house to the new house within the 3 hour period. There was no damage noted to any of the items. Worth the charge for the help they provided.

Hurt my back moving, so called hired them the day of the move. They were very friendly, courteous, and handled our contents with care. My only complain is that I hired 3, but only 2 arrived. I assume I paid for the third person that I did not get. However, the 2 of them work non-stop and completed the job on time and quickly. Great job!

They were on time. In fact they requested to come earlier than my requested time because they were so busy. I requested a truck the night before and was denied. I was told i could pick up the truck at 7am and I was there to pick it up at 7a. The business had not opened up and the person working was not sure how to use the uhaul software. The process took much longer than it should and when I left with the first truck at approx. 815, the check engine light came on. I had to wait again while the truck was checked in and another truck was checked out. I did not arrive home with the truck until 9ish. While the movers were at my home waiting for me, they upset my nephew to the point that he left the house. I called the movers and asked them to stage the items in the garage so that when I arrived they could quickly start moving things into the truck. They refused. Since I had paid for 2 hours the movers literally threw what they could in the truck and left. While I understand that my being late was my problem, the attitude of the supervisor was poor. I reminded him that I paid for 2 hours and if I was late he was basically getting paid to take a break and wait. He was angry and bordered on rude. I gave him the option of leaving and he refused. When I did get home he kept calling me boss lady, talked on his phone while moving and made sure to leave promptly at 10am. I did not see that they had any professional packing experience, my items were loaded in such a way that I could not fit all of my items in the truck. (20 ft) It was a bad situation all the way around but due to the attitude, I would not use them again.

I have used Superior Pro-Movers twice now. They were on time and move very fast but carefully. The team is very nice and make moving so much easier!!! I highly recommend them.
