They did a great job packing the PODS container. They were on time and had all the tools and furniture trucks ready. They worked hard all day. The only problem was that they arrived without rope or moving pads, despite paying extra through the website and then confirming this over the phone with the moving company before the day of the move. They refunded me the money, but the miscommunication added some unneeded stress. I would hire them again.
