Great communication regarding setting up the move in time forthe job. However would have liked to have known about the piano fee ahead of time as well as payment needing to be in the form of cash

The workers were clean, polite, and very hard working. They wasted no time and got the job finished quickly.

I was amazed at how well they were able to get the POD packed, the care they took and the speed. I would recommend them and would use them again without a second thought.

My husband has had a heart attack in the past and I wanted to make sure he did not exert himself. Hire a Helpers said they would arrive at 8:30. They arrived at 11:45 and I had contracted for 6 hours service. The pod driver was delivering 4 pods and insisted we had to unload the 1st & 2nd container in 1 hr. My son and I (I'm 64) had to empty the 1st container and half of the 2nd container before the Hire a Helpers showed up. I was then assured the Helpers would stay as long as needed. However, one insisted I call at 4:30 pm to make sure payment was released before 5:00 pm. I told him we would still need help. He said yes, we will help. However, as soon as payment was released, the all up and left. So I contracted for 6 hours, was willing to pay for more hours but they would not stay and help.
Very disappointed in your services and would not use Hire a Helper again.

The two gentlemen from Busy Bee's Moving arrived about 15 minutes after the 1 hour arrival window I was given. However they were in touch with me and let me know they were running late but on their way. They arrived and went straight to work. They were very professional and very good. They handled our boxes, furniture, walls etc. carefully and were very aggreable to those slight 2 inch adjustments that just need to be made to get furniture pieces into the right place. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! I can not say enough about how great these guys are and would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were very flexible in accommodating for a slight schedule change (which I made the night before they were scheduled to come) and once here, took great care with both my house and belongings. These guys are very professional in the way they operate and really did an unbelievable job of packing up the POD. Hats off to them!

Thanks to the two gents who showed up ready to work and were able to get all my goodies into my apartment.
They were strong, able, friendly and polite. I also appreciated that when I directed them to do something, that they followed through.
I will probably need help with a few things in the future and hope that Busy Bees will be available to help me.

absolutely great help -very courteous and used good judgement in handling items and the loading of my truck and they worked hard - would definitely use them again - and probably will soon. Just a life saver for an older couple who really needed good strong help!

The two young men who came to pack our POD with heavy items arrived on time and were very friendly. They began to make a plan of action and I found they did not have shrink wrap or any other equipment with them. They told my Son-in-Law they had a dolly but ours was better than theirs so they would use it. I chose HireAHelper because they listed the equipment they had and shrink wrap was included. One worker said they did not have shrink wrap because I had not requested it. Who stores furniture without using shrink wrap? I quickly drove to a big box store and purchased shrink wrap. MOST of the heavy items we wanted in the POD were there after 2 hours. When my son was able to get there to help my son-in-law they repacked the POD and got twice as much into the POD. One of the workers seemed to have an idea of how to pack the POD but the other seemed to need direction. I would have preferred having someone who understood the techniques needed to efficiently pack a POD. I will need to have the PODs unpacked at a later date and probably will look elsewhere for help.
