Extremely terrible experience. Did not wrap any furniture with provided furniture pads leading to extensive damage to mutiple pieces including g a massive gouge in the surface of dining room table. Nothing was tied down using the provided straps and boxes and light furniture was just tossed on top of other pieces with disregard leading to dangerous experience unloading as well. Absolutely would not recommend ever using this service, will also try to extort you for cash for items they deem as too heavy but which do not fall within the list of extra items leaving you to quickly find extra cash in the middle of your move day. Unprofessional. Horrible.

Amazing service! The guys were so competent and friendly. They also had a really calming attitude which helped my own moving day nerves so much. They were very careful to not scratch anything and put up with all of my requests. And they arrived on time and were very communicative. Not to mention that they performed an absolute miracle for me and expertly packed my stuffed container like champion Tetris masters! I really can't recommend them enough. Extremely hard workers! Showed up early and called prior to let me know they were on their way which was perfect for my situation. The two gentlemen were courteous and friendly. I would definitely use the service again and highly recommend using them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect for us to arrive within the scheduled time frame prepared to conquer whatever the project requires.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should have items that are able to be boxed, in boxes and labeled accordingly. If loading is required they should have blankets and some sort of tie-downs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all moves. Local, long distance, office, industrial, govt. contracts, you name it we've done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The favorite part is completing difficult task in a minimum amount of time thru methods of expertise and experience that creates a WOW factor for our customers
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide safety training thru videos and quizzes plus on the job basics and essentials including but not limited to customer interactions, (plt) proper lifting techniques, how to set a desk properly, getting a sofa thru a door and much more.
