I moved from San Diego to Denver, Co. I hired 2 helpers to unload my U-Pack for same day service. I originally scheduled a window between 2-3 pm but when I called they were able to come right away within the hour. Which was great because I wanted to get unloaded asap! The two helpers I had, Rob and Zay, were polite and worked extremely quickly. They paid close attention to avoid walls and corners while making sure my furniture was not damaged. They were constantly communicating with each other to ensure a smooth move. They unloaded all of my stuff quicker than expected. I would highly recommend this company to help with unloading.

The one gentlemen was really good, helping the other guy .. who was struggling with the couch. The African American man.. smelled like weed. Sorry, but he did. The both did an ok job. Met my needs!

The service provided by the four men who unloaded our two moving pods was unacceptable. First, instead of walking through the hall to the kitchen to put boxes in the kitchen, they walked through the carpeted dining room of a brand new home, despite snow and mud on their shoes. Second, when I asked one of the movers to place items in the back part of the garage instead of in a haphazard pile in the garage, his facial expression demonstrated he was inconvenienced. Third, we booked the movers for 3 hours but they completed the move in a little over an hour. Therefore, because we still paid for their services, we wanted help setting up our beds and some additional furniture. They put together the master bed frame backwards. Moreover, we asked them to put together the guest bed frame and they indicated that they had. Hours later, we came to realize that they had not put the guest bed frame together, depiste telling us that they had. After they were finished with one bed frame, I was going to ask them to put together our kitchen table but they were out the door before I could ask. It became very clear they were there to do the minimum amount of work. I am thoroughly disappointed in their service. On account of the holidays, I did tip them generously (prior to my request for the bed frame to be set up). I can't express how disappointed I am in their service and I feel taken advantage of as a customer. I can assure you I will never request service from Hire a Anytime Movers LLC again. I will also encourage friends and colleagues to use a competitor for their moving needs.

Helpers arrived one hour later than expected but called to let us know which was good. They completed the work sooner than expected, did a very professional job and were cordial and polite. Would recommend this team to anyone who needs help moving.
