Jerry and Francis were Amazingly helpful! I was late to our unloading appointment, but they waited for me, worked quickly (but also carefully) and truly saved the day! Jerry called to check on my progress through the hectic LA traffic, and reassured me they would be present to assist.
Franis helped to guide the 26 ft truck thru very two Very tight spaces (1 where i got stuck) and backed skillfully up to my storage space. I am so appreciative- they worked as a team to make sure my most prized possessions were safe and secure. And I booked the day before- thanks to Everest's help.to make it all happen!

We had two movers: Kellen, who was awesome! And Arthur who was hung over from a night of drinking or something… he was struggling. Arthur bumped many marks on our walls & made a hole in one room. Additionally, he had to stop and throw up at times throughout the day. If Kellen had not been so great & picked up the slack, I would have spoken up sooner about the issues we had.
