Good bunch of guys. Each of them came up and introduced himself. They called me that they were running a little behind, but ended up arriving very close to the end of the hour window anyway. Very professional and respectful to me, my family, and my household items. They had the necessary skills and experience to pack the truck very densely to get everything in. I would definitely use them again.

They were right on time. We were able to get our job done. They promised to stay until we both were satisfied with the job. They worked miracles with fitting everything in our uhaul POD. Very professional. Very friendly. Would highly recommend them. But they do need a bit of direction. So if you use them make sure there is good cmunication.

The crew was 2 hours late due to something about the vehicle being towed. Despite this they did a generally good job of loading the truck. When the truck was unloaded I found that my small bookshelf had been damaged. Aside from these points the crew worked hard and I was able to complete my move on time.
The company did offer compensation for the bookcase.

The movers themselves were fast and efficient. Management, on the other hand, was very rude. There was an issue with reimbursement of funds for unused time and he became very disrespectful. After agreeing to refund the money he never did. If you want fast service, but issues with payment pick them. Reserved 2 helpers for 2 hours and charged 2 helpers for 3 hours. He would not refund the extra hour unused. Payment for the 2 hours minimum was standard and understood, but I was not refunded for the extra hour. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Managemnet was very rude, argumentative, disrespectful, uncooperative and aggressive. Threatened to drive over to my house if the payment issue was a problem. Do Not Recommend. 6/2014

So they were more than half an hour later than the end of the scheduled arrival window but they brought three men and only charged me for two, which made it for it both time-wise and annoyance-wise. They were incredibly efficient and also very nice guys. Definitely recommend.

After not showing for 6 hours and getting several different reasons why they were late, we finally had to cancel since we did most of the move ourselves. Two and half hours later, two workers arrived (we had paid for 3 workers). We had to tell them the job was canceled, their boss never did. They were very polite and apologetic for what was ultimately not their fault. Would never use this service again.
