Overall, I was very dissapointed with this service.
The men arrived 45 mins late - they were apparently caught in traffic. They also went to the wrong address (which was my fault) but they didn't even arrive to the wrong address until 30 mins after they were supposed to have gotten there.
One of the guys then had to go pay for parking (metered parking on our street) and said he would be right back. He was gone for almost an hour.
Once we *finally* got both of our workers there, they were very slow and disorganized. Ultimately, my fiancee and I had to start moving all of our things ourselves to try to make sure we didn't take hours longer than expected with their help.
At the end of the day, they stated they had worked an hour longer than they had been paid, and I needed to pay them cash or they could call their office and I could use my credit card. When I asked to use the credit card (since I didn't have extra cash on hand) they called their office, supposedly spoke with their boss and told me it had to be cash. I tried to call their supervisor, but strangely, she did not answer either phone number they gave me for her. I then left her a message, asking her to call me so we could discuss the money, and I *still* have not received a call back - 3 days later.
The extra cash thing may have been legitimate, but it sure felt like a shakedown, and since the boss was completely unavailable during business hours, I had no way to confirm or deny it before I had to give them the $$$. This left a very sour taste in my mouth.
Lastly, despite my *repeated* requests that the movers use the numerous furniture pads we provided, as well as the blankets/sheets/etc, to wrap our furniture, when we arrived at our new home, we found that NONE of our furniture had been wrapped and had numerous scratches. They broke two drawers of our furniture and the cushions from our sofa had been crammed in against the walls of the moving truck and had grease stains on

Excellent! I am very satisfied the way they have handled the move. I will definitely recommend others. Specially, thanks to a guy who is wearing a back support belt, who is very helpful and soft spoken.

I used GLO Moving for a cross town move of 10 miles. The move started off rough because the guys were over an hour and a half late, but they redeemed themselves with their performance. The guys were courteous, efficient, and took pretty good care of my items. For the money, you couldn't find many better options.

I signed up for three helpers to load our rental truck for our move and I found out the day before the move that one of the helpers could not make it. Liz tried to find a replacement but could not on such short notice. She sent me two helpers instead and gave me extra time to make up the difference. GLO's two helpers showed up on time and did a wonderful job. We had a lot of boxes and furniture to load and it was a hot and humid day. The two never complained and worked diligently to load our truck, making sure they got everything packed carefully. They were hard-working and able to finish easily in the time allotted. I highly recommend GLO to others planning a move. The worker who packed our truck so well was named Todd but I did not get the other helper's name. Both were great!

Gil and Joe did an excellent job loading up a 24' truck, including some heavy furniture and a piano. I would recommend hiring them to anyone needing some hard working movers at a good price. Would absolutely hire them again.
