NO TRAVEL FEE!!!! Family owned experienced, professional moving labor to help load or unload your rental vehicle, container or storage unit. Owner has over 25 years in the moving and storage industry and is on every job that we do.

We appreciated your patience, unfortunately it is impossible to promise an exact arrival time for afternoon jobs since timing depends on the morning jobs going as planned. Bad directions from mapquest didn't help. The most important thing is that your job was done well when they got there.

I regret the difficult time you had reaching me. I was out of town dealing with a family members funeral. I did not realize that I did not have cell phone reception in our hotel room until after you had already canceled your move. We had crews that were covering all the jobs and had been prepared to handle yours as well.

I am not sure I understand this rating, we were there at your original requested time but you weren't due to your Uhaul breaking down. We could not get back to your address due to the crew being stuck on the beltway for serveral hours because of an overturned truck. We contacted hireahelper as soon as we were aware of the problem and made every effort available to us to get another company there in our place. We trust that they did a good job for you.

We were in the process of changing insurance policies and the new company did not have paperwork processed in time to provide Certificate in advance of move.

The only customer that can be promised an arrival time is a cust who schedules for 1st thing in the morning, any PM requests are subject to the AM job going as planned. In this case it did but we had Friday afternoon traffic on the beltway & 95 S against us. We cover Woodbridge & to be fair there could be 10 movers located in Woodbridge but that doesn't guarantee they are in Woodbridge at 2 pm & they would have been stuck in the same traffic as us. Your refund was taken care of already.

It was a difficult move from the 5th floor with NO elevator, narrow halls and stairs that are common in older buildings. You admitted yourself it was difficult to move your oversized sofa thru them. Moving is stressful and some handle it better than others, your father commented to the crew several times that they were doing fine and that they should ignore your frustrations. The 1st customer of the day raved about the outstanding job the same guys did.
