Ben, the owner, brought his 100 lb young teenage daughter with him as the "second" worker. They both worked hard but the job needed two men as there were some heavy boxes and furniture. I was uncomfortable and was worried she night get hurt. They finished the job in good time but did not remove shrink wrap and blankets from 3 pieces of furniture. They were polite and on time. They did not waste time.

I would recommend Arizona Advanced Movers to anyone. I hired them to unload a container packed by another moving company. The contents of the container had not been properly secured and had shifted so much that they were pressed against the door making it almost impossible to open. It took them about 30 minutes to get the container door open, which they did in 100 degree heat in Phoenix. They did not complain once and were just focused on solving the problem. Once the container was open, we ran into another issue. The box spring had moved so much that it was wedged into the door. After about a half an hour of maneuvering, we had no other choice but to rip apart the box spring to get into the rest of the container. The rest of the boxes had shifted, many of them had broken, and the crew was very careful with my items to ensure they didn't damage them further. This was not an easy job and was definitely stressful, but the team kept me calm and just worked through solving the problem. They made what could have been a really difficult situation much better and kept me calm. I wish I would have hired them to load the container as well. They are professional, showed up on time, were respectful of my belongings and they worked incredibly hard. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
