Not very professional or careful with my stuff. It was a mindset of "how can we make the least amount of trips."
They stacked unreasonable amounts on the dolly and then dragged it down the steps, letting it hit each one.
3rd floor condo 3 bedroom loaded in 2hours no damage. Thank you

The guys made quick work of loading the truck. However, they were two hours late getting there. We still had to pay for the four hours we had booked.
If i were asked to refer moving labor helpers, i would probably recommend copperstate, but i will never use hire-a-helper again. This service made a mess of another move i had and their customer service rep was rude.

One person came 1hr and 15min late and they did not pack our furniture correctly and left out the key items from our POD. There was more than enough room to pack everything, but they did not use the space accordingly and instead of stopping and thinking, they left leaving some key items of furniture un packed. Example, they packed a table and left the chairs. They put the bedroom set but left out the night stand. This exact same furniture was delivered with the same POD that was being used to move again. They were told that they were doing a bad job, yet they said do not worry it will all fit. At the end, they left saying that we need to rent a uhaul for the rest of the furniture.

Extremely nice and helpful. The men were experienced and helped us realize we did not have enough truck to get the job done. They packed largely well, except for a stacking issue on our dining room table which caused it to buckle. For that, I am going to have to make a claim.
Note: Customer never called the office our insurance about this matter as of 8/14/2014

We were imformed that we would need 2 movers to fill 2 pods for 4 hours. We hired 3 guys and it took them 4 hours to fill 1 pod. They were on their cell phones and smoking every time we walked out side. They also gathered in a group to chit chat and decide how to fill the pod. We had to pay them an additional 85.00 for another hour of help and my husband an I were working harder than the guys to fill the second pod. We were very disappointed with the helpers and the misleading info we got about filling the pods id a timely manner.
