Company communicated well, quickly confirming the appointment. On the work day they arrived promptly and went right to work. The guys were friendly and hard-working. The job took longer than we expected by 1 hour, but I saw no evidence that it was due to anything other than just there being a bit more work than I expected. I've used this company twice now and was fully satisfied on both occasions.

Job well done! They brought an extra helper and got our truck in trailer unloaded quickly! Would recommend to others and will use again if needed!

They were not on time to load our truck, but were prepared for the job. There were 3 of them (one was the owner) but only two were doing the work (one and a half really) and it took them 3.5 hours to load our truck when we didn't have that much stuff nor did we need half of our stuff wrapped, which took even longer. Their saving grace was Ian and for letting us borrow some of their pads/straps, which is why I gave them an extra star. Ian worked the hardest and was apologetic for the lack of professionalism from the owner. Most of our property was still in good condition after unloading, but as we unwrapped some of our furniture, it was clearly damaged. I could go on and on because they also unloaded our truck and were 3 hours late in addition to a handful of other things, but I will only say that I will not use them again nor refer them to anyone. This company definitely doesn't care about customer satisfaction or trying to resolve the issue and are more than happy to take your money!

They were excellent. They carefully wrapped each piece of furniture, and loaded all the boxes and pieces of furniture, etc in a careful and logical manner. We were very impressed with how professional they are. We would definitely use this service again.
