One of the helpers was on time, the other was five minutes late -- no big deal. They were prepared for the job and seemed to work hard. They were respectful and careful with my belongings.
However, they did not use their brains at all when putting labeled boxes in my new apartment (i.e., trying to put boxes in the room which matched the label on the box). Also, there was a disagreement about the cost of additional time to finish the job. I showed the head helper an email confirmation with rates for the job. He raised his voice a bit and called his boss -- seems there was some miscommunication. He later apologized, but it was unprofessional. Although it was not a bad experience overall and my belongings got unloaded safely, I would probably opt to use another company in the future.

The guys were respectful and hard working. They wanted to show up 30 minutes early, which did not work for me since I was not going to be there. I only give them 4 stars because then they ended up arriving an hour late. But they got the job done well.

The two movers both showed up late. They used every stall tactic they could, but mostly they would load one item and then rearrange the truck on every trip. My 100 pound wife and I eventually started helping because they were taking so long. Despite everything being packed, it took 2 hours to load a small one bedroom. At the new location, they dragged their feet even more, barely unloading anything. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy another hour off the books. I assume that was their plan the whole time, but I declined. In then end, they broke my couch and dresser, did about one hour worth of solid work, and then hit me up for extra money and a ride home. I will not be giving them my business again.

These guys were a lifesaver! Moved from Atlanta to a 4th floor walk up in Manhattan. They showed up on time with commitment to get the job done on time! They were courteous and hard working and I cannot say enough good things about them. I highly recommend using them! Thank you, thank you, thank you! And don't forget to tip them!

this was the move in the next day with a new crew..Much more professional..2nd guy was a bit late but 2 guys instead of 3 moved my van full of furniture and stuff up 4 flights of stairs faster than the crew of 3 moved us out yesterday. They were careful with the furniture and spotted for each other all the way up. I would use this crew again.
