Craig and his partner were so wonderful that if I could give them 10 stars I would. They arrived early and were ready to go when we had a mishap returning the Uhaul trailer prior to unloading the truck. The Uhaul driver wrecked our car when backing it off the trailer. We were 2 hours late for our own move while waiting on Uhaul claims department and a tow truck to remove the car before we could take the car over to unload. Craig was so patient and took a lunch break while we figured out the Uhaul situation and then was ready to still get our move done right the same day even after having to wait on us for 2 hours. He never complained and was so positive and upbeat about the situation. They got right to work when we finally arrived with the Uhaul and the move went "wicked smooth" just as he had promised. Craig's communication throughout the process was stellar. He was wonderful about confirming times in advance, being on time and ready to get the job done and, most importantly, being flexible and patient with our mishap situation. We are so grateful for Craig and his partner for taking what started off to be a very stressful moving situation and turning into a very smooth move in the end. Thank you Craig!
