Jay and Charles did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Pre-move communication was good and they arrived on time and ready to roll. I admit that I was a bit apprehensive when I first saw them. They look young and are relatively slight in build. But they quickly showed that they had a lot of experience and were strong (like crazy strong). Experience is key because they knew how to move things, while avoiding damage and then carefully packed things into the truck to maximize space and safety. This was not a small move - we have some heavy furniture and lots of heavy boxes. There were some tight spaces. They managed all of this professionally and were respectful and courteous throughout. We really appreciated the friendly nature of the two guys who arrived and they made us feel comfortable with their expertise. They promised to call with a heads up prior to arriving, which they did 15 minutes prior while in the alotted timeframe. They were prepared for the job and ready to work right away. They were respectful of our wishes to handle our furniture and the home itself carefully and understood our concern about things getting damaged. They conducted themselves professionally and were very efficient. We didn't need nearly as much time as other movers probably would have taken because they knew what they were doing and how to handle different items with ease. They worked well together as a team and had smiles on their faces. We really appreciated the stress-free situation as we were nervous about who may show up. We would definitely recommend and consider using J&M again. Thank you!

The movers were in fact late. They did a good job. If I did not own a dolly they would have carried in very thing by hand. I have used hire a helper twice now and would recommend it to anyone who needs help.

J&M were some of the best movers I've had! They called to let me know when they'd arrive and they were prompt. They were very friendly and professional and performed nearly impossible feats of moving huge furniture through very tiny spaces with no damage to our house. They assembled our furniture as well. They worked very quickly and finished with 10 minutes to spare and found more to do. Hire this team!!

We called on Saturday for Jay and Mark to arrive on Sunday morning to move furniture for us. They called to confirm and then called to let us know when they were on the way Sunday morning. Their GPS took them astray but they kept us informed and arrived pretty close to the agreed upon time. They moved the furniture very quickly and had everything they needed to do the job. They were great and we would certainly call them again.

I was really impressed with J&M. Not only did they arrive on short notice after my prior company canceled on me, they were also so quick and efficient that we were done ahead of schedule! They even helped me turn the truck around so I wouldn't have to try and manuver it in a tight space myself. I highly recommend them.
