Through no fault of their own, our guys showed up 31/2 hours late. Messed up our entire move. Hire a helper booked them for a job right before ours and did not bother to inform us. The two movers were excellent and worked fast and carefully. I will not call hire a helper again.

They were on time.
They were prepared for job with one minor exception. One helper wanted a mattress for himself but did not have the means to transport it. Hopefully we will be able to arrange for him to pick that up.

On time, had all materials for everything for loading, all worked hard to the point I rarely saw them take a break. Ronny was very polite and helpful. He lead his team well. They stayed far later than required and made sure we were fully loaded. They seemed respectful of items, but I was a little nervous with my fragile items of which we had many. I would miss likely use them again if I ever lived in AZ.
One of them was thoughtful enough to recommend a packer who would come last minute. She seemed like a regular as they all knew her. She was fast but took a lot of breaks. I did not like her method of packing and worry for the fragile items she packed. The rest of the team which loaded was great, I only recommend them.
However, upon unloading the truck at the destination, it was found that several heavy items were packed on lighter things and several of our furniture had scratches, dents, large chips missing, or just doesn't stand right.

The team did a great job! They were helpful and friendly while moving all our boxes and furniture into a trailer. They packed it very well to prevent things from moving or shifting. They were resourceful with the blankets and sheets I had to protect furniture and other items and worked hard for all three hours! I would highly recommend them!

Irvin and his son absolutely busted their butts in 114 degree heat. They loaded my 16 ft pod stuffed top to bottom, front to back in only three and one half hours. mine was a two story house with two queen bedroom sets upstairs. Communication was excellent, both before and during the packing and they were on time with a phone call to let me know they were just about there. Polite and friendly, i would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anyone needing help moving! A huge thank you to them both!!
