Absolutely awesome service. I had several extremely heavy (200+ lbs) pieces that had to be moved up two flights. Not a single complaint, and was even told to just take it easy and they could handle it no problem. Everything was moved in without damage to furniture or apartment - better than if I had tried to handle it. Added plus, they were 15 minutes early and completed the entire move in and hour and a half. I will definitely be using them again if I move.

They arrived when requested and called beforehand to verify time and location. Both workers were pleasant to work with and had no problems moving the furniture. They were also invaluable for helping me figure out the best way to load the items onto the truck and into storage. Would definitely hire again. The only surprise was that they requested transportation to the unload site as they were dropped off at my location. Was easy enough to accommodate but knowing beforehand in case proper arrangements weren't made would have been nice. I'm sure the person that dropped them off would have been able to relocate if needed anyway. 5/5

New City Moving Company and the two men, who did the move for me, we're extremely hard working - I had them move a very full, 26' moving truck, in record time. I had to insist that they take time off to rest, doing the job in 100 degree heat. The amount of items was incredible, and they worked, without complaining, despite the heat. I can't imagine better service, faster workers, or more trusted movers. If you need movers, at a very fair price, with conscientious workers, trust this company. The boss of the move was also personable, thoughtful, and respectful to his employees. Yes, he was right there, making sure I was satisfied with the job. They will be moving my grand piano, as well. For the most part they did a great job, they were pleasant and did what I asked. The only thing is they scooted my bookshelf across the cement floor in the garage and chipped some wood off one of the legs. Also we have a big leather living room ottoman and as they were moving it they pivoted it on the top corner & scratched the leather ?? They were on time & worked hard, it was hot out.

These guys did a great job!!! I went online last minute to see if there were any guys available and not only were they available they sent me a text in the evening that they accepted my job and would be at my house at 10am sharp and they were. They moved quickly and were very friendly. I had two flights of stairs and though I am a young strong man my heavy furniture gave me nightmares thinking of moving it all up those stairs but these guys were beasts! I will hire them next time and refer them to all my friends. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys!

Awesome movers ever! These wonderful polite gentlemen came prepared, they covered and plastic wrapped all my items. I've used many companies such as North American, budget, uhaul and they don't come close to New City Movers! Affordable, reliable and they cared about me and my items. I'd refer them to anyone :). These guys were awesome , they were late due to the last job. They sent another person at no charge and they were done in 1 hour and 10 min. I give them 15 stars out of 5 and would recommend the company to anyone who needs things moved in the phx / Glendale area. Yes they worked hard. yes I would if I was here in az.
