The gentlemen were on time, very respectful, polite and ready to work. Very accommodating. Hard workers, did not waste time. I would hire them again, and will recommend them to my family and friends that need a moving crew.

I kept asking if one POD would hold all my things and were told several times it would. However, that was not true. I asked them to come out and look at everything and was told they had packed pods for 10 yrs and one pod was sufficient. I asked the loader when he arrived if I needed another POD and he said he thought he could get everything on the big pod. However, at 5:30 that afternoon he said I would need another pod. I tried calling, but could not get a pod for another week. I had closed on this house and had to be out at a certain time, but could not get a small pod. So....was told we could self-load. We rented a U-Haul truck, hired the loaders (same company) to load the U-Haul, then my sister and I and my brother (all in our 80s) and my sister-in-law drove the truck down to Tollerson to the Pod Center (112-115 degrees in Phoenix) and waited while they loaded the POD. Then I was told it would go with my big POD but it did not. Also, New City Moving Co told me the small Pod would be sufficient for my other stuff, however, I had to leave my queen size mattress and box springs in the U-Haul as they did not have room in the POD! So that was another cost for me. My brother took the mattress and springs back to his house. I had purchased 20 blankets for furniture, etc. and they only used 4 blankets on the big Pod and 4-5 on the little POD and the rest was in the floor. Some of the furniture had scratches, I had 8 broken glasses, we could hardly get the small POD door opened when it arrived here in Houston. They did no plastic wrap on the little POD either. A very stressful move indeed. Thanks.

I had to contact the mover to change the time because the POD COMPANY totally messed up my order. My mover was able to change the time i needed him, with no problem. I was very greatful that he was able to do that.

They were on time and efficient in putting all of our things in the pod. However, we did notice some scratches on some furnishings when we unloaded the POD. One other item we were very annoyed by was they left a shelf unit on the other side of the POD in our neighbors yard. We had to retrieve it and trash it.

The two men who came had never unloaded a storage pod. One of the first comments was “we work for tips”. The helper was useless and spent most of his time looking perplexed. I had asked for someone that would be able to install appliances. Neither had ever done that. My boxes were put in the garage in such a haphazard manner that there wasn’t even a path to get between them. They took an extra half hour because they were slow and uncoordinated.
