Ran up the hours, sent unlicensed movers, who were out of shape. One mover it was his first job with the company and he was on a ankle monitor, I was never asked if that was okay. The main guy talked on the phone arguing with his girlfriend who recently was arrested and currently at his grandmothers house {all he did was talk personal problems} I requested in advance certain items to be moved and the main items were not moved, my table was scratched when he used his pocket knife to remove leaf, my 2 glass tables both have a crack and my washer was broken causing me to get a new one and pay a fee to move the one they broke. I had to pay to have someone move the items they didn't move, re-rent a truck and then fight them to get my money that they over charge. WORSE COMPANY EVER

We used New City Moving Company LLC for two days of loading PODS. Joe was the team lead and was present both days with different helpers. It is obvious that these guys take pride in their jobs. The first day the weather was very hot and the second day we were their 4th job for the day and they still powered through to get all of our stuff loaded with care. We have yet to unpack the PODS but based on our experience so far, we would recommend New City Moving Company LLC. 'They are the real deal not a kids meal!'

The workers were great. They were three and a half hours late but not their fault as they were instructed to stay on the job they were on and finish for that customer. I felt this was very unfair to me as it put everything I had planned on hold in getting my home set up. I was unable to go anywhere and accomplish other projects not knowing the time of arrival. A short delay would have even acceptable and reasonable but this was not. The other customer should have been told to reschedule. If every customer over extended time...no schedule would be accurate. Communications regarding arrival needs to be improved. I had no problems with the workers themselves.

Other then running late from the previous job, these guys did an amazing job In the time frame allotted. I was especially impressed on how they figured out to get my oversized sofa up the stairs.
