They were about half an hour early, luckily I pulled in as they did. Very efficient and moved very quickly.

The movers were a half hour late, but they called to let us know they'd be late. They brought three people instead of the requested two, which turned out to be very helpful, except it cost more for the tip (and they made sure to remind us they would accept tips). We had a lot of heavy things and they did a good job of carrying them down the stairs. Two out of the three men were courteous. We did have to repack the truck ourselves after they left to make things fit, but they did a great job with the lifting.

Affinity Moving labor helped me out alot. Originally scheduled 1 person to assist my husband in unloading a moving van, but soon realized afterward that we would need 2. Edward was very accommodating and found the 2nd person promptly. They were scheduled on short notice and arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

The two guys that came to help unload our truck were very helpful. They moved quickly and had a system worked out between them to get the job done in a timely fashion. Very well done.

Overall our experience was very average. After being 10 minutes late they were quite nice. However, they quickly reminded us they accepted tips (I would have even called it rude). At 11:30 (they were supposed to stay till 12:00) they started to ask for the authorization code and started telling me this would be their last trip up. When I called to confirm I was told they could not bring moving furniture (dolly's, hand trucks, even though it said it in the description) and I would have to rent it from my moving company. I did, then they showed up with their own and never used mine. Some of my furniture has marks on it and nicks that weren't there before and a lot of the time they were there they stayed on a cell phone, and dissapeared for parts.
Overall, like I said it was very average. I probably wouldn't go with them again hoping to find a much better option.

I was pretty disappointed with Affinity Moving. Although setting up the appointment was easy and handled very professionally, the movers who arrived to actually load my truck were a big let down. They were late, and they were clearly more interested in just getting the job done than in taking care of my belongings. They dropped boxes multiple times, and they loaded the truck very poorly, to the point that I had to ask them to re-pack it multiple times (boxes were sitting at angles rather than flat and were clearly going to slide). We had hoped to get their help wrapping my couch, but it became quite clear that my mom and I were better off trying to do it ourselves because they would've just rushed through it. Although I haven't yet discovered any breakage (I'm not done unpacking yet), I still would not recommend these movers. I listened to things rattle in the back of the truck during the entire drive from DC to New York, and they were not worth the stress it caused me.

There service was outstanding! They were competent, courteous and very aware of my needs as a customer. They were all very efficient and never stopped working, always looking to complete the job within the requested time instead of dragging out their work so they could incur additional time.
I would highly recommend not only my crew but Affinity Movers in the future to anyone!
FYI: they were half the price of another outfit called "Two Guys and a Truck" even with the U-Haul rental and supplies required.
