Derrick and his helper arrived on time, worked hard and got the job done sooner than I expected. They were courteous and answered all questions for me. The only negative thing is that while loading the truck, small pieces (usually rubber or plastic) that attached to different parts of the furniture, fell off. We found most of them, but still arrived in AZ without some (easily replaced). The only other problem I've had is finding the refrigerator door parts! They were inside a canvas bag, along with a mini-computer, and apparently were stuck inside another container. But, it's just a matter of me getting through everything.
All in all, they did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. In the future, I might suggest they put all small pieces in a separate bag and give it to the homeowner

Derrick and Cory were friendly, efficient and hard working and took care of loading our truck in no time. Not only was our reservation made at the last minute (just over twelve hours before we needed them), but they responded well to numerous last-minute changes, including the addition of more furniture and boxes and a major upsizing of the truck. They got the job done and were a pleasure to work with. We would be happy to hire them again.
